About me

Hi, I’m Nat. I’ve spent years teaching anatomy and physiology, and along the way I began creating my own activities to help students truly understand the core concepts.

I created this site to share the activities that worked well in my own classroom to help students build confidence with A&P.

Every activity on this site is something I’ve personally made and refined. They’re organised by body system so you can quickly find what you need. Most are printable, easy to follow, and designed for students studying introductory anatomy and physiology.

I’m still uploading my full collection of activities, and I’m always working on new ones. If you try something with your students and notice what could be clearer or more helpful, I would genuinely love to hear your thoughts. Your feedback helps me keep making this project better.

If you’re curious about the thinking behind these activities, click the button to download a case study on the framework I compiled.

Thank you for taking the time to visit. It means a lot to know these resources might be useful to educators and students beyond my own classroom. I hope they bring a bit of clarity, ease, and joy to your lessons.
